"I have been considering leaving Chad Arnold’s office for a couple years. But, I’ve been a State Farm customer for more than 30 years. We are buying a house and selling two houses. I was dreading having to call the office. What a wonderful surprise to deal with Allison Bertke. She is AMAZING! She is kind, diligent, follows through on everything, goes out of her way to help me and on top of her phenomenal customer service, she saved me money! I’m an Allison fan for sure! Highly recommend her!!!"

Chad Arnold, but especially Allison Bertke, have been super responsive, helpful, knowledgable, and kind. Allison will make you feel like you are the most important client that she has, even though I know I am one of many. A small thing, but I also appreciate that Chad writes birthday cards, and holiday cards, to his clients -- it's a nice touch."
